Warranty Policy

We offer 1year warranty, if any quality problem we will provide free spare parts and engineer instruction for machine repair or spare parts replacement.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned for a full refund within 15 days after delivery. Please note you may return items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. 

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
